We match the salary as per the industry standards, the salary is reviewed periodically and raised depending on the performance of employee.

Accrual of Vacation/Sick Time
Certain classifications of employees may accure up to 2 weeks of paid vacation per year

Training and Reimbursement
We provide free training to our employees on different platforms. If the employee has too look outside for training, then the company shall reimburse the cost incurred for the same.

Permanent Residence or Green Card
We go out of our way to process permanent residency applications for eligible employees after Six months of service. If you come from afar, we want you to be healthy and happy right here.
