Salary
We match the salary as per the industry standards, the salary is reviewed periodically and raised depending on the performance of employee.

All employees are eligible to select from Medical, Dental and/or Vision Insurance for self and dependants from the date of hire.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Abacuss has plans to implement this plan shortly.

Accrual of Vacation/Sick Time
Employees can accure up to 2 weeks of paid vacation per year.

Training and Reimbursement
We sponsor training to our employees and prospective new employees.

Referral
If you are referring your friends to join Abacuss, you will get a referral fee of $1,000 for each consultant joining us.
